The Chrome Stop Terms of Business.
 
Payment Terms: We accept Visa and Mastercard.
 
Prices: Prices are subject to change without notice.Additionally,in the event a mistake was made in our price list,we reserve the right to bill at the prevailing prices in place at the time of shipment.
 
Freight: Freight is F.O.B. Big Bear Lake, Ca.
 
Backorders: For your convenience, backorders are tracked and shipped automatically. If backorders are over 90 days, we will ship, pending approval.
 
Damaged Shipments: Should a shipment arrive damaged or in damaged boxes,sign only for the packages received and be sure to indicate that they arrived damaged.Look for damaged merchandise.Notify The Chrome Stop immediately if necessary.
 
Shortages/Overages: Should you recieve an order with a missing item or an extra item is included (but not invoiced) please contact The Chrome Stop.
 
Warranty: The Chrome Stop offers a 1 year warranty from the date of  purchase on defects in materials and workmanship
1. The Chrome Stop shall have no obligation in the event the customer is unable to provide a reciept showing the date the customer purchased the product(s).
2. The product must be properly installed, maintained and operated under normal conditions.
3. The Chrome Stop makes no warranty,expressed or implied,with the respect to any gold plated products.
4. The Chrome Stop shall not be liable for any consequential and incidental damages, including labor and paint, resulting from failure of a product  that The Chrome Stop sold, failure to delivery, delivery in nonconforming condition, or for any breach of contract or duty between The Chrome Stop and a costumer.
5. The products that The Chrome Stop sells are often intended for use in specific applications.The Chrome Stop makes no warranty if the product is used in applications -other than intended.
6. The electrical products that The Chrome Stop sells are warranted for 1 (one) year from date of purchase.Components containing LED'S will be warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 3 (three) years from date of purchase.
 

Return Policy: Merchandise may be returned up to one year from the date of purchase.Returns must be processed through the original seller.Returned merchandise for any other reason other than warranty claims must be in like new condition and subject to a 20% restocking fee.All returns are subject to inspection for determination of full or partial credit. Any returned parts that shows evidence of being used or installed contary to the instuctions, an/or subjected to improper handeling, packaging or return shipping by the customer, will not be eligable for exchange, refund or warranty consideration. All sale are final on discontinued or closeout merchandise.

Refund Policy.

1. The Chrome Stop will be happy to give a refund in the first 30 day's from date on invoice.

2. No Refunds on part(s) that have been installed.

3. All parts are subject to inspection.

4.  Please call our friendly customer service representative toll free at 1-877-CYA- HERE for any questions on refunds.

 

 
Return Instructions: Contact Chris are courteous Customer Service Rep. at 1-877-CYA- HERE. Be sure to have the following information available when you call:_Name_Part number(s) to be returned_Copy of the original invoice_Reason for return.
1. Optain a return # which will remain active for 30 days.(Important: issuance of the Return # does not represent an authorized credit.
2. Carefully package merchindise to avoid damage during shipment. Depending on the condition, original packaging may not be sufficient.
3. Ship the items that the Return # has been issued.
4. Write the Return # on the outside of package.
5. Ship package freight prepaid (COD"S will not be accepted).

6. All order's over $200.00 get free shipping.

7. Order's under $200.00  are responsable to pay a $8.00 handeling
